Responsibilities Oversees the performance of a project or projects by monitoring scheduling, forecasting, and cost control efforts. Ensures projects are executed according to standard procedures, schedule, budget, quality standards and regulations. Identifies and mitigates risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Presents financial, human resource and operational data in project review meetings. Tracks claims & change orders to ensure they are providing adequate compensation. Builds a safety culture by implementing and supporting safety programs and practices and holding individuals accountable. Builds and maintains strong relationships with owners, understanding their needs and expectations and deliver solutions that exceed their requirements and foster long-term partnerships. Oversees new project start-up. Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates performance of staff members. Evaluates employee’s performance. Performs other duties as assigned.
