We are growing fast and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with extensive field experience to help lead commercial and life science projects across North Carolina. This is a hybrid office/field role for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments and wants to build boldly with a team that values quality, integrity, and humanity. We are a small team and the impact of this position has the ability to grow as wide as one envisions.
What You’ll Do:
Lead large-scale or complex projects from precon through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships Represent Intrepid with clients, owners, and design teams Guide and mentor PMs, APMs, and superintendents Drive project delivery with excellence and accountability
What You Bring:
10-15+ years in commercial construction project management/superintendent Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Strong drive to run tight teams and make a positive impact in the industry and community Who are you: You’re someone who sees what needs to be done and does it- without waiting to be told.
