• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Support project managers in resolving issues or conflicts that may arise during construction “`Qualifications“`
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
