Applicants should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, be computer literate in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to work with a team dedicated to providing a quality product, on schedule, and on budget. This is a full time position. Ability to speak with all field and office personnel Ability to read and follow architectural plans Ability to work under pressure and problem solve Manage all aspects and details of a job, including ordering materials, scheduling, quality assurance, and maintaining deadlines Dedication to customer satisfaction and exhibits outstanding customer service skills Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the job status Plan ahead to prevent problems, manage and mitigate risks Manage subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, coordination with other trades, and payments Create and maintain detailed project schedules Coordinate timely schedule updates with leadership team Ability to work with Acrobat Reader, Excel, Outlook, Word etc. We offer competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.
