We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Position Summary As a Senior Project Manager at our fast-paced startup, you will play a critical role in shaping our future. This is an extraordinary opportunity to support the company’s portfolio and key product development programs during a key stage of our growth. You will work directly with the senior management team, driving company success while identifying and managing risks. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio view of key company projects and products
- Lead management portfolio reviews and recommend changes where needed
- Plan and implement medical device product development programs
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale cross-functional project plans.
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of key project to all stakeholders
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Manage project budgets and create management reports
- Working with stakeholders to obtain project resource requirements for planning. Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience in medical device industry required
- At least 5 years’ project management experienceKnowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for medical devices. Experience in managing PMA devices is a desired.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, engineering or relevant discipline preferred.

- Strong verbal and written skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Meticulous attention to detail, organization, analytical and planning skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
- Ability to stay calm, cool and focused in stressful times and maintain a professional demeanor Work Environment This is a remote role with expectations of occasional travel to company facilities in North Carolina.
Travel may also be required to meet with business partners, attend conferences and meet other company needs.
