CFS Coordinator (761491)
CFS is a Services sub-division within our client’s facility in Whitsett, NC. A Global Fortune 500 technologypany specializing in designing, manufacturing and marketing consumer electronics, personalputers, software, servers, infrastructure solutions, and related services.
We are seeking an individual with some project management background to join our CFS Regional Team. This role will require attention to detail coupled with strongmunication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. This role will provide operational support to the CFS Intake PM.

Key Responsibilities:

SSC Inbound / Outbound order creation for non-SNOW customers.

SSC – COI

quarterly audit support.
Track inbound shipments via tracking.
Support DaaS customer outbound shipments. Coordinating MTM/SN list and scheduling returns to the funder monthly.
Support SSC order backlog management.
Participation in weekly CFS cadence meetings.
Monitoring Aged backlog by using the CFS Dashboard.
Assist with daily asset reporting.
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
prepare reports to track SLA performance.
Communication with various Client and Customer stakeholders to provide inbound and outbound delivery information.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), SAP and ServiceNow.

Metrics:

Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly updates within local BMS delivered 100% on time.

Previous Experience:

5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience within IT Services and Working with Field Service Providers
