Job Description
Summary:
Lead technical enhancements and product development initiatives using a stage-gate process, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of new vehicle technologies in the truck and automotive industry.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 8+ years of experience in engineering project management OEM experience within commercial vehicles or heavy industrial equipment Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Experience in structured problem solving (8D) Knowledge of SAFe Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN methodologies Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Skills:
Experience in cross-functional and Agile release train collaboration Strong background in defining and securing project deliverables within global development processes Understanding of vehicle attributes, cost management, and time planning
Job Responsibilities:
Secure project and maintenance deliveries in alignment with QDCF targets Define deliverables for respective groups and coordinate annual budget estimates and resource allocation Establish clear requirements and deliverables for each department based on the global development process (GDP) Lead program increment activities following Agile methodology with a cadence-based approach Identify dependencies and promote collaboration across cross-functional and Agile release train
