You’ll be actively involved in problem-solving, site visits, and mentoring your team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Afternoons are dedicated to strategic planning and reporting, where you review performance metrics and update stakeholders. You’ll also work closely with external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials. The day ends with setting clear objectives for the next day, ensuring your team is equipped for success. This role offers a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and effective communication, making each day exciting and impactful.
