As a Purchasing Business Developer, you will be part of the North America Capacity team supporting the development of a new facility in Monterrey, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Greensboro, NC What’s the Job? Drive project activities and contribute to the overall plan. Serve as a key interface to stakeholder areas and ensure effective communication. Oversee localization plans and ensure compliance with USMCA requirements. Prepare and present project statuses and management reviews in purchasing reference groups. Lead project risk management from the Purchasing standpoint, including risk response and mitigation plans. What’s Needed? 3+ years of Project Management experience. Experience in the heavy trucking, automotive, construction equipment, aviation, or aerospace industry. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent working experience. Proficiency in Spanish language is a plus. What’s in it for me?
