Job Description
Overview The Senior Business Relationship Manager – ITS Project Intake is a senior level role responsible for managing, understanding and navigating the relationships with organizational leaders to drive collaborative efforts and produce and compile cross-functional insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. This role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Strategy, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and Technology to assemble content and assess opportunities for future growth through program and project prioritization. The SBRM oversees the intake and initial assessment of IT Project requests. Ensuring project requests are well-defined, aligned with organizational goals, and ready for prioritization and resource planning.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of project management and IT Governance frameworks Experience using project intake and portfolio management tools (ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira or Similar). Experience with Healthcare Electronic Medical Record systems (Epic, Cerner or similar) Common knowledge of IT systems, solutions, infrastructure and terminology Responsibilities Builds and maintains strong relationships with key business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their strategic objectives and challenges.
Aligns ITS initiatives and projects with the business strategy, ensuring they contribute to the achievement of key goals and priorities.
Leads and oversees the successful delivery of ITS projects, including project planning, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives, facilitating communication and driving alignment.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the IT function, driving the adoption of best practices and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives.

Required:
Master’s degree in business administration, market research, math/statistics or related field of study
EXPERIENCE
Required:
11+ years in a healthcare environment and 8+ years in a business relationship role
