SUMMARY :
The Pella Customer Service Coordinator is the main point of contact for our customers and fellow employees who need assistance with warranty claims, parts & service needs, and scheduling of service appointments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers. Coordinate the schedule for our field service technicians that is both efficient and meets the needs of our customers. Conduct discovery over the phone and/or via e-mail to assess customer issues. Develop and implement the appropriate action plan necessary to satisfy these customer issues. Prepare and submit the required documentation for all warranty claims from Pella Corporation. General office duties, as required. Additional duties as specified by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified applicants must have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the commitment to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. High Proficiency in basic office applications including Office 365 Ability to function at a high level, while managing multiple tasks in a very busy office environment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Graduate or GED required. Minimum of 2 years successful Customer Service experience is a must.
