We’re looking for a project manager assistant to help us deliver customer service excellence and maintain our stellar reputation. As an on-site project manager assistant, you ensure every detail of every job meets the expectations of the project manager. While you are in the field you’ll work with subs, contractors, customers, and vendors at every stage of the pool building process. You’ll learn from the project manager in the field, and provide guidance to the team completing the project. Experience in pool building is preferred but not required. Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a requirement and not a preference. This is an ideal position for someone with minor construction experience but seeking major learning growth within the industry.
