The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a fast growing project team providing geotechnical, geostructural, and environmental services to GEI clients ranging from field exploration and analyses to the design and construction management of projects. Essential Responsibilities & Duties Facilitate management and project delivery for geotechnical and geostructural projects Organize and ensure team tasks and project deliverables are met on schedule Support preparation of proposals, work plans, and final reporting documents Achieve team goals while adhering to company and project standards and best practices Track and/or manage project budgets, vendor invoices, and AR as necessary Serve as point of contact between internal and external resources Minimum Qualifications Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent 15+ years project experience supporting A/E/C industry in project management or project coordinator role Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project delivery Strong capability to work remote and independently in a collaborative team environment Basic experience in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD or RISA Basic a plus Strong attention to detail with good analytical and judgment capabilities We are GEI.
