Job Overview We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator that will contribute to the success of our projects by coordinating all aspects of the vertical build process in our residential communities Job Responsibilities Support all efforts to ensure homes—both residential single-family and multifamily projects—are built to the requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, and client specifications Schedule and manage subcontractor work, inspections, and client walk-throughs Install and maintain job permit boxes Coordinate the installation of utilities and underground power, water and sewer Coordinate punch list work and warranties Update Daily Logs in applicable construction management software Develop and maintain strong, productive supplier and trade partner relations Communicate with customers clearly and concisely Maintain job site cleanliness including street cleanliness and dumpster management Work with New Home Orientation (NHO) Coordinator on quality inspection and NHO list Manage time and resources effectively, prioritizing to meet established goals and deadlines and maintain quality control Regard safety as your highest priority and follow all company, jobsite, and regulatory safety guidelines Qualifications Valid Driver’s License, required General knowledge of residential construction and the home building process with a familiarity of residential building plans and materials from foundation to finish, preferred Previous experience using Hyphen/BuildPro software, preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a “will to win” attitude Why Work For Us?
