Project Estimator Southern State Landscape Benson, NC 27504 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication, time management, and the ability to facilitate meetings to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project implementation from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback. Supervise team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Develop programs that align with organizational goals while managing risks effectively. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and updates. Implement scope management practices to ensure projects remain within defined parameters. Requirements Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong meeting facilitation skills to lead productive discussions among team members and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability in scope management, ensuring projects stay on track regarding deliverables. Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of program development principles and risk management strategies is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
