Project Manager Closer Look General Contracting Clayton, NC 27520 Project Manager – Residential Design/Build Remodeling Closer Look General Contracting is hiring a Project Manager with a strong background in residential remodeling who is ready to take full ownership of project execution—from pre-construction through client handoff. What You’ll Do:

Lead all on-site production activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to Closer Look’s quality standards. Direct and coordinate trades and in-house staff using project management software, creating and communicating 2-4 week production schedules. Own client communication throughout construction in collaboration with the Production Manager and Designer—delivering consistent updates, managing expectations, and ensuring zero-punch completion. Track and report weekly on key metrics: cost-to-completion, scheduling variance, and quality checkpoints. Manage the substantial completion process and assist in estimating, change orders, and design-to-production handoffs. Continuously contribute to process improvements, field innovation, and company-wide construction standards.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in residential design/build remodeling 3+ years leading production teams and managing construction schedules Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Solid understanding of residential building codes and high-end finish standards Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
