Drive efficiency and remove roadblocks for Line ofBusiness (LoB) Champion HR projects to ensure HR policies andprocedures are developed to meet over-all business requirements andsupport site compliance. Solid project management skills with theability to create a comprehensive project plan that outlines theproject scope, workstreams, timeline, milestones, governance, RACI,risks, and resource allocation Enable the execution of local &corporate HR projects/programs across US sites and SVP areas (API,ET & AM) such as READY and LEAD in Practice effectively &efficiently Continuously review organizational development andeffectiveness. Assess and evolve the business, developing theorganization development plan to drive organizational capabilities,efficiency, scalability, and agility. Facilitates systematic talentmanagement processes to understand and inform future workforceneeds; identify gaps and develops plans to address, invest andoptimize resources Employs cLean leadership and tools to coach anddevelop employees and continually improve the P&O operationsOther specialist duties (process championship roles) as assigned tosupport fellow partners & the business.
