Qualifications Education and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required, master’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education & experiencePHR or SPHR certification a plus
Work ExperienceBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of progressively increasing HR experience requiredMaster’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of progressively increasing HR experience is preferredMay consider an associate’s degree in human resources or related field with 10 years of progressively increasing HR experienceMay consider a high school diploma with 12 years of progressively increasing HR experienceExperience across the CMC-PS and P&O function is preferred to navigate, align and ensure progress on strategic priorities
