Ticketing system that includes details about all applications and app instance including ownership, designated support team. This system ties into ESD to pull asset information Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This team is seeking a business analyst/project coordinator with technical aptitude to wear several hats in this organization. This person will be responsible for project coordination and tacking of initiatives, as well as extracting data from a self-service platform for analysis in Excel. Analysis can be done with pivot tables and other advanced functions. From there, this person will be responsible for driving the numbers into PowerPoint decks to be presented to senior level leadership. These presentations will essentially promote the business justification for initiatives, show project plans and budgeting. Rough outlines exist but need to be cleaned up. Typically, these presentations include far too many acronyms that are difficult for senior leadership to understand. Thus, this person should be able to speak the technical lingo and devise easy to understand presentations. Ideal candidates will have extremely strong Excel, organization skills and communication.
