12 Months contractw/ extensions
Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/ 2days remote) As a Business Project Manager, you will: Lead andmanage large, complex projects impacting Business Execution andstrategic initiatives. Review and analyse multi-faceted, long-termbusiness challenges, including unprecedented or intangible factors,to develop actionable solutions. Collaborate with clientstakeholders and internal teams to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables. Map current versus future stateprocesses, identifying areas for operational and efficiencyimprovements. Oversee technology implementations, especiallycommunications archiving and surveillance platform integrations,ensuring smooth execution. Proactively identify, track, andmitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data handlingpolicies, especially related to sensitive communications data,retention, and auditability. Manage project timelines, resources,and budgets, ensuring delivery within scope and quality standards.
Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies effectively todeliver projects on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
Theideal candidate will have:
Experience in Project Management withinfinancial services or related industries. Proven success managinglarge and complex technology projects involving communicationsarchiving, surveillance systems, or similar platforms. Processmapping, analysis, and improvement skills. In-depth understandingof financial regulations and compliance obligations related toelectronic communications surveillance. Experience working withAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and mitigate projectrisks and issues. Experience managing sensitive data with strictadherence to retention, archiving, and auditability requirements.

Pay Range•: Between $60-$65 per hour> •Pay rangeoffered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors,including the candidate’s education, work experience, worklocation, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
