Full Job Description Overview:
The Project Coordinator is integral to the delivery of the Novant Health Care Connections & NHMG Payor Initiatives health programs, a broad set of activities aimed at improving quality and the experience of care while augmenting value. The Project Coordinator is responsible for project administration and support of the program which includes the collection, management and distribution of project information required by the program. Drives task management and follow up, ensuring project related information are current and accurately reflect the project state. Responsible for ensuring multiple business owners frequently publish project deliverables, update issues and risks and provide status reports. The position consolidates and maintains project and program plans, status reports, creates and maintains resource plans, coordinates meetings and responsible for building the workflows and processes used to successfully manage the program. This position will provide project planning and tracking support for Care Connections and NHMG Payor Initiatives activities with multiple leaders, workflows and activities. Responsibilities will range from analyses of opportunities to delivery of programs. Qualifications:
Education:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
Experience:
Minimum of two years project team member experience, required. Minimum of one year exp responsible for project administration including working knowledge of project management tools, required.
Additional Skills Required:
Organizational skills, professional conduct, ability to work with multiple leaders. Excellent informal communication skills, formal oral and written communication ability. Extensive knowledge of project and program methodology, tools and techniques with an advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Word, One Note and PowerPoint. Intermediate proficiency with MS Project Server, Visio and SharePoint. Travel to multiple locations/facilities across the Novant Health footprint as needed.
