COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER
Management Recruiters of Davidson is currently seeking Project Managers having experience with commercial construction projects as a General Contractor. The ideal candidates will have:
4+ years of Estimating / Project Management experience for General Contractors, preferably medical projects. Customer relationship skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, architects, internal departments, etc. Experience Estimating across All Divisions is strong plus Knowledge / understanding of the full construction project “life cycle” is helpful. A four-year university degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred (or equivalent Estimating experience).
