This position plays a key role in the planning and preparation phases of residential remodeling projects to ensure that our construction projects have all the elements in place for a smooth start each day. This includes logistics coordination, administrative support and communication with subcontractors, venders and clients to facilitate timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a working knowledge of construction and remodeling processes are essential. Responsibilities Coordinate site visits, takeoffs, and measurements as needed Gather and organize bids from subcontractors and vendors Help create accurate project estimates and proposal documents Track and manage preconstruction milestones and deadlines Facilitate permit applications and monitor their status Maintain organized project files and ensure all documentation is up to date Maintain client communication, schedule updates, and address concerns Coordinate with Project Managers and Field Supervisors on project progress Attend meetings, track project updates, and assist with scheduling Maintain organized project files, reports, and ensure timely material orders Manage job-specific purchasing and evaluate vendors for cost and service Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling or project coordination 5+ years experience in residential home building or remodeling is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of construction documents, schedules, and permitting processes Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction drawings Understanding of materials, methods and trades involved in remodeling projects Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Understanding of jobsite safety and compliance Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment This is a temporary position which could result in a full time position with benefits.
