Skills and Requirements Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development, management, and oversight of several strategic initiatives and change management processes across Bank Financial Crimes.
- Coordinate activities for and/or provide oversight of moderate to complex initiatives and portfolios.
- Define problems/initiatives, design process requirements, build and test team automation processes.
- Conduct data gathering to aid completeness and accurate reporting of initiative or portfolio status.
- Understand and improve interactions between dependent processes to minimize failures and eliminate redundancies.
- Maintain process documentation and other information-sharing collateral used to explain the team’s responsibilities.
- Support the Lead Program/Portfolio Manager in managing the operational readiness component.
- Handle data management, including twisting, shaping, and augmenting data for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in building out capabilities and project plans for various initiatives.
- Utilize JIRA and SharePoint to manage projects and turn data into actionable insights.
- Ensure regular reporting and track implementation dates.
- Collaborate with team members to execute strategic concepts and bring them to life.
- Participate in senior leader meetings to discuss portfolio progress and convergence risks.

- Collaborate with enterprise partners in operational and risk functions when developing business rules, requirements, and artifacts.
- Successful achievements in highly collaborative, cross-functional team environments obtaining data from multiple sources and using that data to prepare senior management reporting.
- Highly effective inquisitive skills, capable of gathering key insights to aid improved project definition or business strategy, or to obtain key steps and enablers in an end-to-end process.
