While specializing in data centers and critical environments, we provide our services for various customers throughout the region. We offer and self-perform a variety of electrical installation services including equipment installations, conduit, wiring, de-commissioning, installation of backup power systems, underfloor whips, etc. We also self-perform a wide variety of power testing services including circuit breaker and relay testing, thermal imaging, Arc-Flash studies, commissioning, switchgear maintenance and acceptance testing. We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager for our Electrical Division to support our current Project Manager and customers. This is a full-time position with benefits. Although generally in-person, a remote option for a candidate that lives in NC but not in Charlotte may be considered. Job Functions Perform customer site visits to establish existing electrical infrastructure Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to complete electrical estimates Generate customer proposals Manage projects including procurement, manpower scheduling and customer updates. Represent the company at some tradeshows and events Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers Help Generate MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and other critical environment requirements Some travel to neighboring states required Knowledge Skills and Abilities Technical aptitude with general knowledge of electrical components and systems is required Knowledge of the construction industry and processes is required Strong attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required Experienced in use of estimation software Minimum Requirements Two to four years of Electrical Estimating experience Some experience working in an office environment is preferred Our Benefits Comprehensive healthcare options (employer stipend toward medical, dental, and vision).
