GC LOOKING FOR PROJECT
MANAGERS and Flooring and Painting TECHS!
compensation:
Per Project or $30/hour 2-3 hours per day during project days. GC looking for General Contracting project manager for our Charlotte and nearby clients. (Residential and Commercial). Must have general knowledge of renovation industry. Duties may include meeting customers for walk throughs, coordinating subcontractors on projects, picking up materials, going to get measurements for projects, submitting project updates… Mostly needed for bigger projects. Will need to have reliable transportation (pickup trucks are a bonus), reliable smart phone and email address (alot of communication is digital). If interested please supply name, contact information, skillset, and your availability. We have a big project on deck now that will keep you busy for a least a few weeks with this one. Also looking for insured flooring and painting crews. Please let us know your availability. We need a flooring crew of 3-4 now for project.
