Responsibilities:

You will be part of the In-Building Venue Program Management Organization (PMO), responsible for Onboarding and Activation of the Enterprise WiFi solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to work with centralized HQ teams and program manage the onboarding and implementation of WiFi AirPass and Open Roaming solutions. As a Project Manager, you will help the team in its efforts to redefine the connected future of the In-Building and Venue Space for the organization. As we move forward with various In-Building deployments, you will not only be a critical component in reimagining the technology, but also the equipment and integration by driving national standards to help deliver superior network quality that our customers rely on. On a day-to-day basis, drive the initiatives that the In-Building Venue team is responsible for to ensure they are on track, identify potential risks and mitigate impact to the schedules and stakeholders by working with all of the •Wireless Network, VBG and TPD organizations. Manage deployment activities for the integration and commercial success (GA) of new products and services. Review, consult and collaborate with IBV Contract leads on site contract agreements and amendments.
Responsible for end-to-end implementation of new Enterprise WiFi initiatives. Evaluate WiFi performance at Enterprise locations post turn-up and engage technical SMEs for optimization. Drive process improvements and adopt best practices to improve team performance. Understand and help communicate clear direction concerning process, standards and roles/responsibilities when required for Network. Host regular meetings with internal and external parties and provide program level updates.
Communicate status, issues, accomplishments, and priorities of the program routinely on the projects to cross-functional teams and leadership. Ensure the right internal and external resources are appropriately engaged in a timely manner. Takes ownership of issues and drives them to resolution. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other managers, and peers.

Six or more years of relevant work experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Two or more years of project/program management experience.
Two or more years of System Performance/RF experience.

DESIRED SKILLS

Knowledge and Understanding of 5G and 4G RAN technologies.
Knowledge of WiFi architecture and systems.
Data Analytics and Visualization background.
Demonstrated ability to resolve technical problems.
Demonstrated a high-level knowledge of major DAS systems.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience in technology project management.
Experience in driving aspects of national projects.
The ability to help drive change for the organization
Strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to develop, manage and track the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach large diverse teams toward common goals and objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsible for communicating effectively at all levels.
Must have demonstrated ability to deliver quality results and to meet or exceed objectives while working in a fast paced environment.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree. This role will have a defined work location assigned office days as set by the manager.
