Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, etc.), excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale ERP projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and upgrade projects
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards
Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes
Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and project teams
Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates to executive leadership, and maintain project documentation
Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and security requirements
Qualification Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in ERP project management, with at least 3 years managing Oracle Cloud ERP projects
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, and SCM
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site ERP implementations
PMP or Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience in State or Government Project a Plus to have .
