Full Job Description Project Coordinator Description:
A project coordinator with United Protective Technologies, LLC will be part of our project management team and apply skills to drive project performance and contribute to the project’s success. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of project execution, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Use project management tools to monitor team performance and progress.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Track project milestones and EVM performance.
- Participate in project status meetings and update relevant project files.
- Work under the direction of the Program Managers.
- Must wear appropriate PPE as needed and adhere to all safety standards.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office software.
- Solid communication skills (both written and oral).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Working practical knowledge of AS9100.
- Experience using MS Project.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Education:
BS or higher in a Technical or Business Field with 5 years of experience
