Role:
Advance Concrete is looking for a Project Coordinator for our Concrete Cutting & Demolition Division that is a driven, detail-oriented team player. This vital role is responsible to efficiently organize and coordinate the office’s resource (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and warehouse) to maximize productivity and save money.
Key Responsibilities:
Push preconstruction planning to have 100% of project plans passed to operations ahead of job start; Setting up of jobs and plans in Procore along with Budgets. Coordinate and plan all project specific access requirements including badging and training for crew. Maximize utilization of all equipment (owned and rented) and manage GPS tracking of all assets Oversee inventory management and the equipment tracking process. Coordinate material ordering and the material/equipment deliveries.
Ideal Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of scheduling and logistics experience, preferably in the construction and/or concrete industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and asset tracking. Good communication skills especially in follow-up with customers, Operations and PMs. Strong work ethic and well organized.
Other Details:
Role will also involve assisting with cost approvals, PO Creation, budget input, preconstruction planning and submittals, per diem, booking hotel rooms, timecard auditing and all associated reports. Position is full time, salaried and pay will be based on experience level. Benefits including potential bonus, health insurance, dental insurance, 401K, and paid time- off to be discussed.
