Residential Construction (Pools) Position Overview We are seeking experienced Construction Managers and Job Supervisors to oversee and coordinate the progress of residential construction projects. You will serve as the main point of contact for homeowners during construction, ensuring a high level of customer service, communication, and jobsite performance. As a Construction Manager or Supervisor, your focus will be on managing subcontractor performance, enforcing jobsite standards, and ensuring that projects are progressing on time, within scope, and per plan. You will work closely with the scheduler and internal teams to report progress, address challenges, and deliver quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities For Job Supervisors:

Monitor progress on assigned construction projects. Serve as the day-to-day contact for homeowners and maintain strong communication. Report project readiness to the scheduler; do not independently schedule work phases. Maintain jobsite cleanliness and professional conduct among work crews. Ensure job is built per current plans and specifications. Attend major construction phases (especially dig day and Gunite). Complete all required job checklists and return to office for documentation. Handle minor customer upgrade pricing and generate addendums. Collect payments from homeowners as needed. Monitor and verify subcontractor invoices. Be alert to cost-saving opportunities to improve project profitability.

For Construction Managers:

Oversee and support job supervisors to ensure quality and consistency. Be informed of major construction issues and customer change orders. Stand in for any absent supervisor during construction meetings. Provide solutions and updates for any project under construction. Ensure all supervisors are following procedures and meeting standards. Evaluate supervisor performance using metrics like subcontractor call-backs, job efficiency, and homeowner report cards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or pool construction supervision or management. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Organized, proactive, and committed to quality and safety. Understanding of subcontractor coordination and construction phases. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Preferred Skills Experience managing pool construction projects. Knowledge of permit and inspection processes.
