You’ll play a key role in managing strategic initiatives for their Corporate & Investment Banking Lending team, driving change across operations, data strategy, and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution Liaise with business and technology teams to align objectives, deliverables, and timelines Build and maintain project roadmaps, define milestones, and manage risks Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple business lines Drive process improvement, change management, and compliance initiatives Deliver clear status reports, documentation, and recommendations What You Bring 5+ years of project or program management experience , ideally in banking or consulting environments Strong understanding of lending , operations, or capital markets processes Experience delivering projects within agile and hybrid environments Proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills PMP certification or consulting background preferred Why This Role You’ll have the opportunity to influence key initiatives at one of the largest financial institutions, working closely with senior leadership to modernize business and tech processes.
