You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to our high standards. What You’ll Do Own and uphold standards of accuracy, productivity, and reliability Oversee budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals Review, manage, and supervise residential construction projects for quality and scope compliance Solicit bids from vendors and manage trade partner relationships Create and maintain task lists and construction schedules Lead and manage crews and subcontractors on job sites Ensure job site safety, appropriate staffing, tools, and material availability Process and document all change orders Order and manage project materials, including inventory and warehousing Conduct post-project evaluations to refine future performance Maintain and grow client relationships
What We’re Looking For Qualifications:
5+ years of project management or construction operations experience Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan Demonstrated integrity and commitment to quality Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required) Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience (Required) Attributes of the
