Not eligible About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Lead to support our Investment Banking & Capital Markets product team. In this role, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives and provide strategic project management expertise across large-scale programs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of key business outcomes. Responsibilities Lead and consult on complex, enterprise-level project initiatives with broad scope and long-term impact. Analyze and resolve multifaceted project challenges, including those involving ambiguity or unprecedented factors. Ensure alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Act as a strategic advisor and delivery lead, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive execution and accountability. Provide thought leadership and guidance on project planning, risk management, and delivery best practices. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within capital markets or a related financial services environment. Equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education will also be considered. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
