Define the scope of creative projects by collaborating with the ministry department leaders and the Creative Director.
Build and manage project timelines using our project management tool (Asana) to ensure deadlines are met.
Keep creative team members on track by ensuring the timely delivery of assets.
Oversee the review and feedback process for all print and digital materials.
Coordinate file handoffs between teams, including social media, web, and weekend production.
Assist in managing budgets for creative projects to ensure responsible and strategic spending.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet Elevation’s brand standards.
Partner with the Creative Director, Video Producer, and ministry department leaders to plan and execute live streams and other live events. Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)Extremely organizedHigh level of attention to detailExcellent time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with event planning and hospitalityExperience using a project management tool such as Asana, Trello, Monday, Wrike, etc. Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry settingExperience as a supervisor of other staff membersExperience with live event production.
Experience with creating books or other large print projects. We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM – 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend – adaptability is a key competence for us.
