- Perform Comprehensive Property Damage Inspections
- Prepare mitigation and cleaning estimates using Xactimate and Symbility estimating software
- Ensure all estimates are compliant with Insurance company guidelines
- Maintain regular contact with insurance companies and clients
- Prepare written summaries for each inspection including photo documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Work directly with mitigation technicians to ensure the quality completion of all projects
- Document additional damages when discovered and present to insurance companies for approval
- Participation in on-call rotation
- All other duties as required Minimum Requirements
- 2+ year(s) of estimating experience
- Previous adjusting experience a plus
- Experience using Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software
- Experience in the restoration industry
- Valid Driver’s License Compensation
- $60,000 to $75,000/year, plus commission Experience
