You’ll manage all aspects of your assigned projects and play a key role in mentoring your team, building client relationships, and ensuring high-quality results.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop accurate project budgets using historical data and current market insights Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality Track and manage labor resources (both internal and subcontracted) Ensure timely completion of deliverables and verification of work Lead and develop team members, fostering professional growth Represent Our Client in a professional, solution-focused manner Maintain detailed knowledge of local labor, material, and equipment costs What You Bring to the

Table Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting preferred 3+ years of Project Management experience with at least 2 years of estimating background Prior experience with a commercial drywall subcontractor or self-performing GC is required MBA a plus but not required
