Residential Project Manager

Qualifications
Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
3+ years’ experience in disaster restoration project management (Fire, Water, Mold, etc.)
Ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
Change orders, quality control, material take-offs, and scheduling
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
Manage budgeting and equipment rentals
Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor project process to ensure project is on schedule and within budget
Experience with Microsoft applications
