• Position Summary
• We are seeking an
• ERP Project Manager
• to drive integration activities in a complex

SAP ECC 6.0

environment, following recent M&A activity. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing across multiple workstreams with incomplete or evolving project plans. This individual will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of key milestones related to data migration, system integrations, and project governance (RAIL/RAID tracking). This is not a traditional PMO oversight role—it requires someone who can

• chase down answers, remove blockers, and drive execution
• with minimal direction.
• Key Responsibilities
• + •Project Execution & Tracking•+ Own and manage day-to-day execution across ERP workstreams with a focus on data and system migration tasks.

+ Maintain and actively manage a Rolling Action Item Log (RAIL), escalating risks, chasing overdue items, and ensuring accountability across teams. + Partner with IT and business users to ensure testing and retesting activities are scheduled, executed, and tracked. +

• Cross-Functional Coordination
• + Collaborate across business functions (Finance, IT, Operations) to understand impacts of dependencies and delays, particularly within a post-M&A context. + Translate high-level SAP project phases (Assessment, Blueprint, Build/Test, Hypercare) into actionable work plans tailored to the integration’s current phase. +
• Issue Resolution & Risk Management
• + Identify misalignments, untracked work, or blockers before they impact critical milestones. + Push on unresolved items or delayed deliverables and help teams realign and re-engage as needed. +
• ERP & Data Migration Support
• + Understand high-level SAP ECC data migration processes (assets, inventory, transactional data) and coordinate stakeholder actions accordingly. + Interface with system teams to support integrations that impact finance and operations. + Coordinate with IT and functional owners on system readiness, data validation, and interface testing. +
• Reporting & Communication
• + Provide regular status updates, escalate critical issues, and communicate delays or changes in timeline across stakeholders. + Serve as the single point of coordination across several moving project elements.
• Skills & Qualifications
• + •5-10 years of project management experience•, including •ERP implementation•(SAP preferred) and •data migration•.

+ Strong familiarity with

• RAIL or RAID logs
• , milestone tracking, and interdependency management. + Experience managing in environments with
• high complexity, low structure
