Sr. Marketing Project Management Specialist
As a Sr. Marketing Project Management Specialist, you will be a part of the Smart Energy – Smart Grid Solutions business which supports the growing demand for energy efficiency and utility solutions. You will join a team that provides full-service marketing for clients to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns. This client-facing role will be instrumental in leading and overseeing marketing strategy and execution that aligns with our client’s objectives. This position requires a broad range of marketing experience with a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, a blend of project management expertise, marketing knowledge, people skills and the capacity to manage cross-functional teams effectively to lead successful marketing initiatives.
You will report to our Sr. Marketing Manager and work a hybrid schedule out of one Honeywell location.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex marketing projects (timelines, milestones, resource allocation plans, budgets, etc.).
  • Drive creative strategy and ensure all marketing deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Establish metrics for performance assessment and develop reporting to present to our clients and key stakeholder groups.
  • Implement marketing improvements where necessary.
  • Matrix manages a team of marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture to achieve marketing goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison among internal stakeholders including operations and external vendors to align project objectives.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and achievements to clients and senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Analyze and leverage customer insights to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, manage, and track project budgets while ensuring financial accountability to ascertain the performance of marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to refine project execution.
  • Document and share lessons learned and best practices within the marketing organization.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with ambiguity leading multiple projects and prioritizing marketing efforts while ensuring processes are followed and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing multiple external vendors and holding them accountable for quality delivery (creative agencies, digital, website designers, printers, etc.).
    You Must Have
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy and project management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies (research, digital, content, brand, analytics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Office365
