$98.4K – $136K a year 1 day ago Qualifications MicroStation Continuous improvement Organizational skills Senior level Communication skills Full Job Description Are you a survey professional with a passion for LiDAR and geospatial workflows? We’re looking for a Survey Project Manager to join our Charlotte office and take ownership of the LiDAR-based production pipeline. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the power of TerraScan and TerraMatch, and can drive workflow efficienciesnot just operate the software.

What Youll Do:

Lead LiDAR processing projects from start to finish across mobile, aerial (manned unmanned), and terrestrial platforms. Use TerraScan for classification and TerraMatch for strip-to-strip alignment and accuracy improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to develop, refine, and optimize workflows for point cloud data. Support production staff and help train and mentor technicians in using TerraSolid tools more efficiently. Interface with teams using TopoDOT, MicroStation, and other geospatial tools to support data extraction and deliverables. Troubleshoot processing bottlenecks and propose solutions that reduce post-processing effort and increase throughput.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience managing geospatial/LiDAR survey projects. Advanced proficiency in TerraScan and TerraMatchyou know how to make these tools sing. Familiarity with TopoDOT, MicroStation, and point cloud extraction workflows. A mindset focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of strip-to-strip alignment, point classification, and best practices in data refinement. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
