We are currently looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to our FF&E team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Learns, assists, and adheres to Brawley’s project estimation, approval, and change control processes. Works with sub-contractors’ scopes, monitoring quality and scheduling production; alerts the project team of changes; escalates project issues when necessary. Obtains vendor quotes. Assists in preparation of purchase orders. Assists in preparation of submittals to the owner for approval. Assists with payment applications. Assists with submitting invoices. Assists with certified payroll. Assists in following up on sub-contractor payments. Assists with scope and schedule changes through a formal change management process. Assists in the final punch list, project completion, and close-out documentation. Assists the FF&E department in other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to read architectural drawings. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s systems.
Education/Experience Required:
0-3 years’ experience in construction or interior design; experience in military construction or hospitality construction preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in construction or interior design preferred.
