Project Support:
Assist the Project Manager in all phases, ensuring project activities align with requirements and deadlines.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records, including project plans, status updates, and meeting notes. Preparereports on progress and performance for stakeholders.
Data Analysis:
Gather, analyze, and interpret project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Use datainsights to inform decisions.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary contact for project inquiries, facilitating clear and effective communicationamong teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule, organize, and support project meetings, ensuring agendas, follow-ups, and action items aremanaged effectively.
Resource Management:
Track personnel and material resources, ensuring effective allocation and efficient utilization. Issues, Risks, Opportunity (IRO)
Management:
Monitor and track project IROs, supporting mitigation strategies and actionplans using data-driven insights. Project Management Office (PMO)
Tools & Resource Development:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization ofPMO tools, ensuring usability and alignment with best practices to enhance project management adoption.
Training & Support:
Provide training and guidance on PMO tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledgesharing.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to refining project management practices and tools. Engage in professional developmentopportunities to enhance expertise.
