You will be instrumental in coordinating between Company Leadership, our Homeowners, and our Installation Crew.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Communicating Project deliverables between Company, Crew, and Home Owner 2. Material Procurement, Delivery, Inspection as needed. 2. Roof Inspections before, during, and post job completion. 4. Using CompanyCam to document work progression and Jobsite condition 5. Helping the crew with staging, breakdown, and clean-up. 6. Inspecting and Monitoring Jobsite safety 7. Conducting a final walk-through with the homeowner upon job completion. Ensuring punch list items get completed. 8. Identifying & Communicating Change Orders.
Preferred Requirements:
1. Residential Roofing Installation Experience- shingle & metal. 2. Fluency in Spanish 3. Great at building & maintaining relationships 4. Clean Driving Record 5.
