We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Project Manager to lead operations at our construction materials testing laboratory in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in asphalt, soil, and concrete testing, combined with strong project management capabilities. This role will oversee daily laboratory functions, manage personnel and resources, ensure testing accuracy and compliance, and work closely with clients, engineers, and field technicians. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all laboratory operations including scheduling, testing, reporting, and quality control Perform and oversee laboratory testing on construction materials such as soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete Ensure all laboratory testing complies with ASTM, AASHTO, DOT, and other applicable standards Train and mentor lab technicians and junior staff Review and approve test results, data reports, and documentation Coordinate with field teams, clients, and project stakeholders to support ongoing construction and geotechnical projects Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and uphold health and safety standards Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed Must also perform any applicable and necessary duties requested by management that are not explicitly listed in this job description.

Requirements:
