Civil Site Project Manager Position Available In Orange, North Carolina

Job Description:

What you will be doing: Oversee and design a wide variety ofprojects, from small to large, in the multi-use, residential,commercial, educational, etc., categories. Manage and develop sitedesign (from conception through final approval), stormwatermanagement design, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, siteinvestigation, and research of state and local regulations anddesign standards. Prepare or assist with concept plans, site plans,and subdivision plans and reports. Must have fundamental knowledgeof stormwater management design. Regular coordination/communicationwith contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and other team members.

Experience you will need: NJ P.E. Preferred E.I.T. Required 5 to 10years of relevant experience Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, HydroCAD, or other stormwater design software Experience inland development and site design preferred Stormwater Management,Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design Navigateregulatory agency permitting (e.g. NJDEP) and subdivision and siteplan approvals Ability to manage and design multiple concurrentprojects
