Project Manager 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Randleman, NC 27317 We’re looking for a Project Manager with client management experience. You will run all projects , manage Superintendents and field managers, manage client expectation, plan and schedule all projects, manage all Data coming in from the field to plan projects and execute projects and close out projects. We need someone who takes ownership of the projects, you will be the point of contact for all projects. This is a Full-Time direct hire position. What you will do as a Project Manager Make sure projects are completed on time and on budget Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects Responsible for overall project profitability Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts for equipment and installation services with team leads Prepares project billing revenue forecasts and schedule of values Perform as site-superintendent/manager at times in small project capacity to implement scope Schedule and conduct all project meetings Manage resources (including subcontractors) by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements with field managers Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the projects scope responsibility for all Superintendents other tasks and responsibilities as assigned What you will need as a Project Manager 5+ years in Construction Management Managing budgets Data management and ability to create databases Scheduling projects for all Superintendents Great communication and negotiation skills If you’re a project manager with management experience, please apply today!
