The Project Manager will work within Partners’ Project Management Office (PMO) to organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization’s research, development, and product implementation efforts. Oversees multiple projects and ensures that they are completed on time and to specifications. Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints. The role will ensure success through proper: project management, process standardization, prioritization, resourcing, planning, execution monitoring, risk management, and communications. This role will lead/manage a multi-workstream project from conception to completion in collaboration with functional departments to successfully develop and ensure implementation, definition and diffusion of objectives, strategies, actions (tactics) plans, and its execution.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop a high-level project plan for each assignment to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts. Identify appropriate workstream members per project and engage impacted business experts.
Lead an interdepartmental team of workstream leads (if applicable) to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Ensure use of standardized/efficient processes, Agile systems, playbooks, metrics, change management and common language. Provide flexible alternatives in methodology and process to assure streamline and successful execution of projects. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships on expectations, and communications, both internal and external to the organization. Influence stakeholders and drive change across the functions and regions regarding policies and strategies. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include (but is not limited to) Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required. At least five years of related experience required.
