Role:

A well-established restoration company is seeking a Repairs Project Director to oversee large-scale mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Conduct initial job walks and assessments to understand scope and requirements Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction Planning & Execution Coordinate material takeoffs, permitting, engineering, and drafting needs Develop and maintain project schedules Identify and manage subcontractors, including drafting and negotiating agreements Track project progress, updates, and documentation in real-time Financial Management Create and manage detailed project budgets Monitor and control job costs to ensure profitability Review and approve subcontractor invoices Document and execute change orders as needed Quality Control & Project Closeout Ensure high standards of quality and compliance on all projects Finalize punch lists and secure Certificates of Satisfaction from clients Complete final audits and billing Qualifications Proven experience in construction or restoration project management Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work onsite and manage multiple teams and priorities Benefits Offered Competitive salary Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Short-term and Long-term Disability Supplemental Insurance Plans (Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital) Employee Assistance Program Career growth and development opportunities If you are ready to bring your project management skills to a respected company with strong values and a commitment to excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
