Job Summary The Administrative Project Coordinator provides project support within the department. This role manages a variety of projects that span across the organization.

Hybrid Remote The Administrative Project Coordinator responsibilities include: + Project management and support which includes the collection, management and distribution of project information. + Drive task management and follow-up to ensure projects are current and deadlines are met. + Collaborating with project leads/team members to ensure they are updated on any potential issues or risks in a timely manner. + Obtains, consolidates and maintains project materials, reports. Coordinates meetings to keep projects assigned on schedule. + Coordinates tasks assigned to meet project needs. + This role will manage various and multiple projects that span across the organization and/or division. Qualifications +
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. +
Experience:
+ Minimum of three years of project experience, required. + Minimum of five years of administrative or senior administrative experience, required. + Healthcare Experience, preferred. + Additional Skills (required): + Some knowledge or exposure of project management practices. + Good communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and to executives. + Good relationship management skills that include good listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change. + Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio. + Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed for project assignments. + Additional Skills (preferred): Prior experience managing parts of a project or small sized projects.
